This Privacy Notice informs you about the collection and use of your personal information when you use Mindframes Flashcards ("Mindframes").
Mindframes does not automatically collect or store any information in any place outside of the device on which you installed Mindframes. Any data that you enter or import into Mindframes, and any data that is generated by Mindframes while you use it, is stored only locally on the installation device, unless you yourself choose to transfer such data to a location outside of the installation device (for example by emailing the data to someone or uploading it to cloud storage).
As a result, I do not have any access to and can not collect any information that Mindframes processes while you use it on your device, unless you decide to share such information with me at your own initiative (for example by sending me such information by email).
If you submit any information to me via email, mail or by any other means, any such information will be deemed to have been provided by you voluntarily and on an unsolicited basis. While I strive to make sure that information you submit to me is secure, I can not guarantee the security of any such information. I therefore can not guarantee that any information you submit to me will be kept confidential.
For that reason, you should not send me any personal, financial or payment information, any patentable ideas or patent applications, any advertising or marketing suggestions, any prototypes, or any other information that you regard as personal, confidential, commercially sensitive or valuable ("Unwanted Submissions"). You agree that you will not submit to me any Unwanted Submissions, and acknowledge that I will not be legally responsible for keeping any Unwanted Submissions confidential, or for any use that may be made by any person of any Unwanted Submissions.
If you have provided me with any personal information by contacting me by email, letter, phone or by some other means, I will keep such personal information only for as long as I believe is necessary to address, resolve or otherwise appropriately handle the matter with regard to which you contacted me. It is my policy to delete any personal information I have received in connection with Mindframes within one year of the date I received such information, unless I believe that, in light of the circumstances, it is necessary or advisable to retain such information for a longer period, including to comply with applicable laws or other legal obligations, to resolve disputes, or if I have another legitimate interest in retaining such information.

Mindframes is designed for a general audience and is not directed to children. In connection with Mindframes, I do not knowingly solicit or collect any personal information from any children without parental consent. If I learn that I have received personal information from a child without parental consent, I will either seek parental consent or promptly delete that information. If you believe that a child may have provided me with personal information without parental consent, please contact me as specified in the "How to contact me" section of this Privacy Notice below.
